Starting his career as a union carpenter, Brian has worked his way through nearly every phase of construction, giving him a deep, practical understanding of how projects come together from start to finish. His background in carpentry, metal fabrication, and trade coordination allows him to approach roofing with a broader perspective that adds value on every job. Brian began his journey with Kern's Roofing in interior work before moving into material logistics, where he ensured crews stayed efficient and well-supplied. Seeing an opportunity to improve operations, he helped build and lead the company’s repair division, developing it into a highly organized and dependable part of the business. His leadership and problem-solving ability naturally led him into his current role as Production Manager. Today, Brian oversees all trades within the company, coordinating schedules, managing jobsite logistics, and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. He is known for his top-notch troubleshooting ability and for handling real-time challenges that come up in the field. Whether it’s solving unexpected issues, keeping crews aligned, or making sure jobs stay on track, Brian plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.
